Mindoré provides a platform for mental health awareness, anonymous emotional support through "The Safe Space", and a directory of vetted therapists for booking sessions. We are not a medical emergency service. If you are in a crisis, please contact emergency services immediately.

Users are expected to use the platform respectfully. Any form of harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access.

Payments for therapist sessions are handled through our secure payment gateway. Refund and cancellation policies are specific to each therapist and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
