Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Mindoré Wellness, we strive to provide the best possible mental health support. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following policy for refunds and cancellations.

1. Cancellation of Therapist Sessions

Users can cancel their therapist sessions up to 12 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee, which is determined by the individual therapist's policy.

2. Rescheduling

Rescheduling of sessions is allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled time at no extra cost, subject to the therapist's availability. Rescheduling within 12 hours may be treated as a cancellation.

3. Refund Process

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

4. No-Show Policy

If a user fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered as completed, and no refund will be issued.

5. Therapist Cancellations

In the rare event that a therapist cancels a session, the user will be offered the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled session at their convenience.
