Once a session is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the session. Online sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing links provided in the confirmation email or your user dashboard.

Therapist sessions are delivered at the specific date and time selected by the user during the booking process. Any delays or technical issues will be addressed promptly by our support team.

Our digital services are available globally, while in-person sessions (if applicable) are currently limited to specific locations in India, such as Gurugram and Rajasthan, as indicated on the therapist's profile.
